Shipping Policy
Shipping Locations
We ship within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Carriers
We utilize trusted shipping carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS to deliver your orders.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are determined based on the weight of the products ordered. We utilize ground shipping from our shipping carriers. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Expedited Shipping
We provide expedited shipping, with delivery within 2-3 days of order processing. Please note that expedited shipping incurs an additional cost of $25.00USD.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
Customers receive an order confirmation email upon placing their order. Once the order is shipped, customers will receive an email containing package tracking information.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days of purchase. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. A shipping confirmation email is sent to customers once the package is handed over to the courier for shipment.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
Our store is NOT responsible for:
- Delays with UPS, FedEx, or USPS
- If an incorrect address is entered or deemed undeliverable

Non-Deliverable or Returned Packages
Please note if a customer enters an incorrect address or is deemed as undeliverable, the package will be returned to us. The package could take up to 2 months to be returned. Should the customer wish to have their package resent, they will be responsible for the cost of resending their package as well as the cost of the return to sender fee.
Return Shipping
Customers can return items by shipping their unwanted items to our physical store, which is located at 4326 Lovers Lane, Dallas, TX 75225. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and must email the return shipping confirmation to contact@melcrewsboutique.com before we issue a store credit to their account.

Return and Refund Options
We offer the following options for returns, exchanges, and refunds:
- Store Credit: Customers can receive a refund on their eligible items in the form of store credit only
- Exchange: Customers can exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability.

Customers must initiate a return within 10 days from the date of delivery to qualify for a store credit or an exchange on eligible items.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free
- Original tags must be attached.
Exclusions
Please note that the following items are excluded from our return and refund policy:
- Sale items: All items marked as "sale" are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, customers have the option to initiate eligible returns or exchanges for free by visiting our store location at 4326 Lovers Lane, Dallas, TX 75225.
Damaged Items
We do our very best to pack each order with care, so that you can enjoy that item for many years to come; however, we have no control in how carriers handle that package. Return Process
Customers can initiate returns online or in-store:
- Online: To initiate an online return, please click here. You will be prompted to enter your email. A 6-digit code will then be sent to your email, which you will enter. After entering the code, you will be directed to a page that has your order(s) information. From there select what items you want to return to initiate your return. Then you will need to ship back your eligible return items to our store, 4326 Lovers Lane, Dallas, TX 75225. Once we receive your return items, and they meet all the criteria to be eligible for return, then you will then be issued a store credit.
- In-store: Visit our physical store location for in-store returns and exchanges. Please bring in your unwanted items and have your order confirmation number as well. You will then be issued a store credit.
Sale Items
Sale items are final sale, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for these items.

Q: I need to change something with my order. How do I go about this?
A: Once an order is processed we are unable to make any changes. You will be able to return your unwanted items (unless they are sale items or jewelry) for store credit if you do so before the 10 day mark.
Q: When can I expect my return to be processed?
A: You can expect a store credit within 2-3 business days of our store receiving your eligible return items. Q: I signed up for your email list to receive the 10% code for first time customers, but haven't received it. What now?

Q: I forgot to add my discount code before checkout. Can you do it for me?
A: Unfortunately, our system does not allow us to retroactively apply codes. We are unable to adjust payments/pricing after an order is submitted. Please be sure to take your time and ensure all codes, credit, & discounts are applied before you hit "submit". If you forgot to use your discount code, it will still be valid to use on your next Mel Crews purchase.

Q: Haven’t received your package from UPS or FedEX yet?
A: We ship out packages within 2 business days of the order being received but have no control on when it will be delivered. Please give UPS or FedEX 7 to 10 business days to deliver your package. If you don’t receive your package after the 10 business days please email contact@melcrewsboutique.com.
Lost Packages
Mel Crews cannot guarantee that your package will not be lost or damaged by the shipping service. If your package is lost please file a claim with the shipping company. Once packages are shipped from Mel Crews and show delivered, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier.

Q: When can I expect my items to ship?
A: Your order will be shipped within 2 business days (Monday-Friday) of placing your order. If you place an order AFTER noon on Friday, you can expect it to ship out the following week.
Q: Can I pick up in-person instead of shipping?
A: Yes, we do offer in store pickup. At checkout please check the box that says “in-store pickup” under delivery, and you are welcome to come pick it up at our store, which is located at 4326 Lovers Lane, Dallas, TX 75225 during our store hours.
