Shipping policy

Shipping Locations

We ship within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Carriers

We utilize trusted shipping carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS to deliver your orders.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are determined based on the weight of the products ordered. We utilize ground shipping from our shipping carriers.  Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.   

Expedited Shipping

We provide expedited shipping, with delivery within 2-3 days of order processing. Please note that expedited shipping incurs an additional cost of $25.00USD.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Customers receive an order confirmation email upon placing their order. Once the order is shipped, customers will receive an email containing package tracking information.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days of purchase. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. A shipping confirmation email is sent to customers once the package is handed over to the courier for shipment.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

Our store is NOT responsible for:

  • Delays with UPS, FedEx, or USPS
  • If an incorrect address is entered or deemed undeliverable

To file a claim with the carrier due to lost, damaged or packages marked as delivered, please click the appropriate link below:

Non-Deliverable or Returned Packages

Please note if a customer enters an incorrect address or is deemed as undeliverable, the package will be returned to us. The package could take up to 2 months to be returned. Should the customer wish to have their package resent, they will be responsible for the cost of resending their package as well as the cost of the return to sender fee. 

Return Shipping

Customers can return items by shipping their unwanted items to our physical store, which is located at 4326 Lovers Lane, Dallas, TX 75225. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and must email the return shipping confirmation to contact@melcrewsboutique.com before we issue a store credit to their account.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this shipping policy as needed. The policy is available on our website under the Shipping Policy section.  If changes are made to the shipping policy, a last date updated will be included.
