Welcome to Mel Crews Boutique, Inc. (referred to as "Mel Crews," "we," "our," or "us"). This policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through our website, www.melcrewsboutique.com. By making a purchase with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms of this policy.

Return and Refund Options
We offer the following options for returns, exchanges, and refunds:

  • Store Credit: Customers can receive a refund on their eligible items in the form of store credit only
  • Exchange: Customers can exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability.


Return Timeframe

Customers must initiate a return within 10 days from the date of delivery to qualify for a store credit or an exchange on eligible items.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free
  • Original tags must be attached.


Exclusions

Please note that the following items are excluded from our return and refund policy:

  • Sale items: All items marked as "sale" are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, customers have the option to initiate eligible returns or exchanges for free by visiting our store location at 4326 Lovers Lane, Dallas, TX 75225.

Damaged Items
We do our very best to pack each order with care, so that you can enjoy that item for many years to come; however, we have no control in how carriers handle that package. We are not responsible for any damage incurred during the shipping process. To file a claim with the carrier due to lost or damaged packages, please click the appropriate link below:


Return Process
Customers can initiate returns online or in-store:

  • Online: To initiate an online return, please click here. You will be prompted to enter your email. A 6-digit code will then be sent to your email, which you will enter. After entering the code, you will be directed to a page that has your order(s) information. From there select what items you want to return to initiate your return. Then you will need to ship back your eligible return items to our store, 4326 Lovers Lane, Dallas, TX 75225. Once we receive your return items, and they meet all the criteria to be eligible for return, then you will then be issued a store credit. 
  • In-store: Visit our physical store location for in-store returns and exchanges. Please bring in your unwanted items and have your order confirmation number as well. You will then be issued a store credit.  

Sale Items
Sale items are final sale, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for these items.
